  • “Canadian Shield” Support Group

    Our Support Group meeting will take place on Wednesday October 21st from 1:30 to 3:30 pm EDT.  For those in the Ottawa area, please join us in person at the Ottawa Cancer Foundation’s beautiful facilities at 1500 Alta Vista Drive.  For those unable to be present in person (this group covers a LARGE geographic area!), you are warmly invited to join us via Zoom.  All details will be sent to members via email.   • Eastern Ontario Zoom and In-Person Meeting

    Hello Everyone! It was truly a pleasure to get together with about a dozen of you in December  2025 for our Festive gathering at the Ottawa Cancer Foundation’s beautiful facilities. There was an abundance of food and good cheer, followed by the sharing and caring portion afterwards, each with our own unique journey yet also having much in common.  Interestingly, even though Zoom was available, nobody joined us on line for this particular event.
