Ce document fournit un aper\u00e7u complet de la litt\u00e9rature couvrant :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>comment la MW est diagnostiqu\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>la stratification du risque de la maladie<\/li>\n<li>les diff\u00e9rentes options de traitement (ou r\u00e9gimes) de la MW<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aucun nouveau r\u00e9sultat de recherche n'est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ; l'article est un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 des connaissances existantes, et peut donc \u00eatre utile \u00e0 ceux qui cherchent \u00e0 rafra\u00eechir leurs connaissances sur les diff\u00e9rentes options de traitement.<\/p>\n<p>Les diagrammes de traitement utilis\u00e9s par la Mayo Clinic, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans les figures 1 et 2 (juste avant la conclusion), sont les plus utiles pour le lecteur non sp\u00e9cialiste.
