DESCRIPTION:We would like to share with you some information about our guest speaker\, Ann Grace MacMullan\, C-IAYT \nAnn Grace MacMullan is a certified yoga therapist and the Director of Integrative Wellness and Community Support at the International Waldenstrom Macroglobulinemia Foundation (IWMF)\, where she has created a holistic\, patient- centered wellness program and continues to expand its reach\, supporting people living with WM and their care partners around the world. \nAnn Grace is passionate about sharing practical tools for navigating chronic illness\, managing stress\, supporting healthy aging\, and enhancing quality of life. Whether through mindful movement\, meditation\, breathing or relaxation practices\, her work is grounded in the belief that caring for the whole person is an essential part of the cancer experience. \nHer father was diagnosed with WM in 2019—an experience that shaped her understanding of the cancer journey and continues to inspire her dedication to integrative wellness. SUMMARY:Eastern Ontario Zoom and In-Person Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Hello Everyone! \nIt was truly a pleasure to get together with about a dozen of you in December  2025 for our Festive gathering at the Ottawa Cancer Foundation’s beautiful facilities. There was an abundance of food and good cheer\, followed by the sharing and caring portion afterwards\, each with our own unique journey yet also having much in common.  Interestingly\, even though Zoom was available\, nobody joined us on line for this particular event. \nI have scheduled the following dates for in person meetings at the Ottawa Cancer Foundation (MapleSoft) in 2026 from 1:30 to 3:30 pm: \nMarch 25\, June 24\, September 30\, as well as December 14th for a combination festive lunch and meeting as we did last month. We will continue to offer the option to join us via Zoom (hybrid) for these\, unless there is a lack of interest.
