The WMFC Ed Forum is back! In our survey earlier this year, we heard loud and clear that you wanted to have one. So we’re expecting a big turnout!
It will be easy to attend this year, since it will be a virtual experience organized by King Events, an event production company. Take part from the comfort of your home: no travelling or expenses involved.
If you’re only going to attend one WMFC event this year, THIS IS THE ONE!! Save the date: Friday, November 3rd and Saturday, November the 4th. We are reaching out to Canadians across Canada so the event will run from 9:00am – 1:00 pm Pacific Time each day. That’s noon to 4:00 Eastern, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Atlantic, etc. Canada is a big country!
This all in one event will address the following topics:
+ What are all those pesky tests (eg: bone marrow biopsy, bloodwork) and what do they mean?
+ What treatments are available in Canada?
+ Why is there variability in treatments across Canada?
+ What are the complications and what can be done?
+ Learn from a panel of peers – WMers from across Canada share their stories and take questions
+ Everyone’s favourite: Ask the Doctor
+ And much, much more!!
It’s free!! Stay tuned for more news about the upcoming WMFC Virtual Ed Forum. For now, mark the date on your calendar. We’ll publish more information soon, so keep checking the WMFC website and your email in-box!
Sincerely,
The WMFC Virtual Ed Forum Planning Team
